Replesta is a medical food for the dietary management of vitamin D deficiency. Replesta is to be used only under medical supervision.
Directions
Adults 18 years and over
Loading Dose (if prescribed)
Take 1 tablet once weekly for 8 weeks. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with the maintenance dose or as directed by your health care provider. Start the maintenance dose 4 weeks after the last loading dose. Tablets must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dose
Maintenance Dose
Take 1 tablet once monthly on the same day each month. Tablets must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless instructed to do so by your health care provider.
Children 10-17 years
